How to Program a Mind - Part 1
healing from trauma
Our true creative capacity has been stunted or hidden from us by trauma, psychological programming, and social conditioning. We are miracles with miraculous powers. This knowledge has been hidden from us. It’s time to reclaim our creative power.
Is Everyone in Today’s Society Traumatized?
Could it be that the oligarchs have designed our society to traumatize us so that we are weak and controllable? Knowing the role of trauma and torture in mind control programs, it certainly makes one wonder.
Bessel Van Der Kolk, MD, author of The Body Keeps The Score, tells us:
“Trauma is ubiquitous in our society. Over 500,000 children are reported for abuse and neglect each year. One out of four Americans reports having been left with bruises after having been hit as a child, one out of five was sexually molested, one out of eight has witnessed severe domestic violence, and a a quarter grew up with alcoholism or drug addiction. Almost every inmate in our prison system, by far the largest in the world, has a serious history of prior trauma. Half a million women are raped each year, half of them before they are adolescents.”
German New Medicine®, pioneered by the late Ryke Geerd Hamer, MD connects our dis-ease to emotional shocks. Dr. Hamer’s son died in his arms and shortly after that he developed cancer. Dr Hamer found that many cancer patients had an unexpected, emotionally distressing event before developing cancer. Dr. Hamer describes the “Five Biological Laws” and how organs are involved in shocking events.
Peter Levine, the creator of Somatic Experiencing to heal trauma, shares that trauma can come from many sources: accidents, invasive medical procedures, physical or sexual assault, emotional abuse, neglect, wars, natural disaster, loss, birth trauma, and the effect of ongoing fear and stress.
When you transcend the outdated mechanistic view of the body, you realize that trauma has lasting negative consequences that need to be addressed.
Believe it and You Will See It
Our beliefs about who we are and how the world works determine the possibilities for our lives and our communities. That is why the oligarchs who desire to control society target our minds and fill them with false beliefs through schooling and media. Their goal is to make us believe that black is white, evil is good, and war is necessary.
What is a belief? From the Webster’s 1828 dictionary: A belief is: a persuasion of the truth, or an assent of mind to the truth of a declaration, proposition or alleged fact, on the ground of evidence, distinct from personal knowledge; belief is opposed to knowledge and science.
Belief is not direct experience or personal knowledge. You believe something even though there is no evidence to support it. However, our minds are creative. We will seek out and find evidence to support our beliefs even if the evidence is faulty or fictional.
Bertrand Russell was vastly influential in the development of Cybernetics which is the operating manual for technocrats as they try to herd us into their transhumanist agenda.
“I think the subject that will be of the most importance politically, is mass psychology. Its importance has been enormously increased by the growth of modern methods of propaganda of these the most influential is what is called education. Religion plays a part though a diminishing one, the press the cinema and the radio play an increasing part. It maybe hoped that in time anybody will be able to persuade anybody of anything, if you can catch the patient young, and is provided by the state with money and equipment. The subject will make great strides when it’s taken up by scientists under a scientific dictatorship. The social psychologists of the future will have a number of classes of school children in whom they will try different methods of producing an unshakable conviction that snow is black.
Various results will soon be arrived at that:
the influence of home is obstructive (destruction of the family unit)
not much can be done unless indoctrination begins before the age of ten
verses set to music and repeatedly intoned are very effective
opinion that snow is white must be held to show a morbid taste for eccentricity but I anticipate its for the future scientists to make these maxims precise and discover how much it costs per head to make children believe snow is black and how much less it would cost for them to believe snow is dark grey.
Although the science will be diligently studied it will be rigidly confined to the governing class. The populace will not be allowed to know how their convictions were generated. Every government that's been in charge of education for a generation will be able to control its subjects securely without the need for armies of policeman.”
— Lord Bertrand Russell, Impact of Science on Society
The Generational Slave Program
Most of us don’t get the unconditional love and nurturing we require because our parents were programmed with a limited slave consciousness — the Slave Program.
The Slave Program is like a contagious mind virus that keeps replicating itself in the collective consciousness. Perhaps it lives in the morphic field of humanity as explained by Rupert Sheldrake.
The Slave Program comes with a fixed self of beliefs:
I am a separate physical entity, a meat sack carrying around a brain.
My mind is inside the brain in my head.
There is a fixed separate physical world outside of me that I have no control over that can directly impact me. (The world is a cold, dangerous place and I need protection from authorities.)
Experiences happen to this separate physical entity, they are not generated by me.
When this body-mind dies, I cease to exist. (YOLO so pursue endless pleasure)
The net result of this is to view men and women as soulless animals. In this worldview, the universe has no Creator, so the controllers believe they are free to play God. This is why World Economic Forum advisor Noah Yuval Harari can say so confidently:
If you have enough data, and you have enough computing power, you can understand people better than they understand themselves and then you can manipulate them in ways that were previously impossible and in such a situation, the old democratic systems stop functioning. We need to re-invent democracy in this new era in which humans are now hackable animals. The whole idea that humans have this ‘soul’ or ‘spirit’ and have free will… that’s over.
He is reading out of the Cybernetics playbook. They are engaged in what Matt Ehret calls a scientifically managed depopulation agenda to do a complete overhaul on humanity. This is only an option if the five beliefs of the Slave Program are unquestioned.
Our parents unconsciously transmit the Slave Program to us when we are young through their use of language, how they attend to our physical, emotional and spiritual needs, and how they navigate our and their own emotions and reactions. They have been programmed.
Your First Experience of Trauma
A major reason for misery thinking (shame, self-hatred, insecurity, etc.) is early childhood trauma.
Your real birth date is the day that your father’s sperm fertilized your mother’s ovum to create a zygote. This zygote then replicated itself and specialized into different cells to form the miracle that you are. Your mother and father contributed a small piece of their life energy to create you. The creative intelligence of the universe, which you are one with, grew you into the being that you are. We are told that DNA is the blueprint of life. Not true.
Scientists have yet to discover where the blueprint for creating life comes from. We have been told that it is our DNA that is our instruction booklet, but this has been disproven. There are not enough genes to encode this complex information. We share 98.7% of our genetic sequencing with chimpanzees and Bonobos. We are told that only 2% of the DNA encode for proteins and the other 98% is “junk DNA”. Which to me means scientists really have no clue. Viewing DNA as the “instruction book of life” is now viewed as a dead metaphor.
The “international standard” for birth dates is the day that you emerged from the womb, but this is a false standard which leads to false ideas about who you are and the importance of the time you spent in the womb. I knew that I was pregnant immediately with both daughters, days before the home pregnancy test told me that I was. It felt to me like another spirit had entered by body.
Most men and women experienced their first trauma in the womb or emerging from the womb. Research has found that even mild stress or anxiety that a woman experiences during pregnancy affects the unborn baby. Remember: we are energetic spiritual beings that use the body-mind as a vehicle to navigate this world. Every emotion that your mother felt made an imprint on you energetically. Your journey through the birth canal made an energetic imprint on your being.
I was born In the 1960’s when it was standard hospital practice to give mothers the hallucinogenic opioid drug demerol and then extract babies from the womb using forceps. I have the ridges in my skull to prove this.
In the United States in 2021, 32% of births were Cesarean deliveries. Cesarean birth is unnatural. While it is necessary in emergency situations, its rise is due more to social conditioning than medical necessity and it has been found to have negative effects on a baby. It negatively impacts sensory perception, sensory integration ability, neuropsychiatric development, and the infant-mother relationship.
Birth trauma has deep and lasting effects on the psyche and energetic being of a mother and her baby. In fact, I am writing this during Birth Trauma Awareness Week in the UK and Australia.
Imagine your Self as a newborn baby. Your first sense is the sense of smell so that you can find your mother’s breast. Your vision is limited to about one foot so that you can see your mother’s face. You are still intimately connected to your mother after growing inside of her womb for 9.5 months. You need unconditional love and nurturing from the moment you become a zygote. When you are born, you need close contact with your mother, attention to your physical and emotional needs, and breastfeeding.
Trauma Creates Negative Psychological Programs
Unprocessed trauma lives in our body energetically and often shows up in psychological programs. I have come to view the energy and creativity zapping states of fear, loneliness, shame, guilt, self-hatred, self-doubt, depression, and anxiety as psychological programs. They come with a whole set of stories, emotions, sensations, and beliefs — a full package.
Shame and self-hatred were psychological programs that I absorbed before the age of 4. I know this because were with me for most of my life, as far back as I can remember, in the background of my experience. Kind of like soft music playing in the background of my psyche. These programs were buried somewhere beneath my conscious awareness. However, certain events triggered these programs. Then they became active in the foreground of my experience.
What was my early trauma? When my mother was pregnant and working as a nurse, she was exposed to German measles and the doctors wanted her to get an abortion because they were convinced I would be born with birth defects. I’m sure this created a lot of anxiety for my mother. I was pulled out with forceps. I was not breastfed. I spent a lot of time alone in a crib, which I know because my mother told me that I got my head stuck trying to get out. When I was four, my mother lifted a riding lawn mower and hurt her back. She was bedridden from the time I was four until twelve and endured 7 major surgeries that made her consecutively worse and in more pain. She numbed the pain with pain killers.
And she did her best. She did love me, she just wasn’t available. But the message I got as a very young child was that I was not worth paying attention to. I felt like I wasn’t loved, so I figured that there must be something wrong with me. My interpretation of the situation was limited to whatever a baby or toddler could comprehend. I did not have the capacity to see the situation from my mother or father’s perspective. I absorbed the self-hatred and shame programs before my long-term memory was functioning.
Unhooking from Negative Programming
I came to realize that certain experiences trigger the self-hatred/shame programs that simmer under my conscious awareness. I group the programs together because they arise at the same time. Misery thinking appears when the self-hatred/shame program is activated by a trigger. This process is automatic and habitual.
These triggers include:
Rejection or perceived rejection (this is important because often I will feel rejected and then realize that this is a faulty interpretation of an experience)
“Failure” - when I don’t live up to some extremely lofty expectations I have put upon myself (it is common for people who didn’t get the nurturing they need to get on the achievement treadmill to prove they are worthy of love)
Belief in lack
Comparing myself to the fantasy I have imagined about other people and their lives
Comparing my life to a Hallmark-fantasy version of the life I should be leading
The misery thinking that follows is all doom and gloom. It blocks my creative energies and leaves me feeling passive and victimized. So it’s helpful to understand how we actually create our experience of our self and the world in every moment.
The Rule of Creation
Every thought, emotion, sensation, perception, and idea that you experience is being created moment by moment by the creative intelligence of the universe. This is the creative intelligence that is powering your body-mind. It grew you from a zygote, beats your heart, breathes your lungs, grows your hair and fingernails, and creates the images and thoughts that appear in your mind.
Everything you experience is through the filter of your mind and there is a millisecond lag between its creation and your experience of it. You cannot experience anything directly in this moment. Try to experience something (anything) without involving your mind. You cannot.
All objects that appear in awareness are being projected by my mind and known by the light of awareness. The light of your consciousness or presence awareness shines through your mind and illuminates the objects of your experience - it could be your dog, a tree, a past memory, and idea, or your ego. If there was no awareness in this moment, there would be no experience.
It is Life (creative intelligent energy) that is living through you and as you. With this understanding, you shift from believing yourself to be a victim of a fixed, external world to realizing that you are one with the creative intelligence of the universe, the Creator.
This is a vast, unlimited power. Why are you not aware that you have this power? Because your creative capacity has been stunted or hidden by trauma, psychological programming, and social conditioning. Negative psychological programs were absorbed by your mind before you had the capacity to protect your mind.
What is Our True Creative Capacity?
Your intelligence exists beyond your mind. You have access to creative intelligence in every moment. You don’t realize this because your mind has become your master. It’s time to break free from the tyranny of a programmed mind and live in your natural state of peace, contentment, and joy.
Researchers are finding that telepathy is a natural and normal process. This makes sense when we realize that we are energetic beings connected to the All. Rupert Sheldrake offers research on telepathy and they opportunity to do your own experiment.
Remember, you are an energetic, spiritual being who is temporarily occupying this body-mind that you have been programmed to believe is your entirety. Your body-mind is a sacred vehicle for you soul - the eternal, infinite, timeless, aware presence that you are.
Where do our creative insights come from? Nobody knows. Mainstream science ignores consciousness because it cannot explain it. I believe that we are connected to a field of infinite intelligence and can receive downloads when we have deeply pursued an area of interest and are ready to extend the knowledge field.
I was honored to join a symposium with Joseph Chilton Pearce with a handful of educators. Joe told some incredible stories of feats that he did which defy natural laws. Who knows what we are really capable of?
George Land’s famous study for NASA found that 98% of five year olds had the capacity for creative genius, defined by the ability to come up with imaginative solutions to problems. He surveyed the same group when they were ten and fifteen years old and found that this capacity decreased to 30% and then 12%. George Land attributed this decline in creative genius to school. He surveyed adults and found that only 2% of them were connected to their genius. He was clear that uncreative behavior was learned in school.
The good news is that it is still dormant inside of us. We can activate and grow our creative powers. To do this, choose an area that you are deeply fascinated by. I am currently studying homeopathy, BioGeometry, hidden history, and making a non-toxic sunscreen. To gain deep insights, ask deep questions. And then let your mind rest. Most of our insights and ah-ha moments come to us when our minds are relaxed and playful.
Who is my Suffering Imaginary Self?
You have the power to watch the whole process like a movie. You watch the movie, realize you are not that character in the movie, and unplug your mind from the nonsense.
Psychological suffering comes from imaginary stories that revolve around an imaginary me. If I don’t consent to belief #1 in the Slave Program, I don’t suffer. The point here is not to replace the Slave Program beliefs with another set of beliefs, it is to realize that no beliefs are true and to see through them.
The story of me, my, and mine comes from the trauma programming that I got when I was too young to protect my mind from it. And there is no blame. I don’t blame my mother or father who were doing their very best in an extremely challenging situation.
The Slave Program seals my mind into a black box of doom. I am bound by my mind when I believe the stories my mind is telling me. Until I am not.
When I shine the light of my presence awareness on it and question it, it disappears. And I am left as pure presence awareness - peace, love, and joy. The empty space in which all experience appears.
The Truth is that there is no separate self that feels self-hatred or shame. It’s a circular feedback loop of suffering. I believe I am a separate person who can control my experience. Automatic negative judgements of this separate person named Caprice arise. Then judgments about having these negative judgments arise. Next thing you know, my mind is imprisoned on the Slave Program hamster wheel. And I am easy to control and manipulate with fear.
And it is really quite hilarious when you examine it. My imaginary self is hating itself - but it is not real because Caprice is not real, she is just a vehicle for Life/Intelligence Energy to explore this realm and extend creation within it.
To dissolve this self-hatred/shame program, I needed to witness it, name it, and realize that it is neither real nor true. Not one shred of truth to it. Then it dissolves. It has no power over a non-existent me. I am pure presence awareness and all experience is welcome.
Programming Minds is Old History
The programming of our minds goes back millennia. Controlling minds is the best way (perhaps the only way) for rulers and governments to remain in power. If we are unaware of the creative intelligence that is our superpower, we will look to outside authorities to protect us. It is easy for power-hungry controllers to control us with fear.
It is quite obvious that the oligarchs program our minds to believe certain things The beliefs, ideas, and dogmas that are programmed into our minds have shifted over time. The content that is programmed into our minds serves one main purpose: to steal our inner power from us.
The psychological programming has gotten more sophisticated in the past two hundred years. Billions of dollars have been spent to study the mind and brain in order to learn how to control minds. This programming machinery, which I will call the Mind Factory, has many tools, including language, culture, parents (who are transmitters of their own programming), schooling, religion, psychology, money, and media.
In future posts, I will look into how all of these tools are used to reinforce and strengthen the early programming that we received. I will also begin to explore a way of educating young men and women that breaks the stronghold the Slave Program has on our minds.
