I’ve been quiet here because I have been caring for my father — which is what inspired this post. I got fooled again by snake oil sales people.
I thought that I was smart enough to not be fooled. I was wrong. Unfortunately, most of us have been fooled into poisoning ourselves in our quest to be healthy.
Your Amazing Plasma Body
The basic lie we have been told is that we are physical meat suits carrying around a brain. And that our consciousness is generated by our brain. Are we really bio-chemical organisms? Yes, we are biological organisms but is the chemistry we’ve been taught real? I don’t think so.
The truth is that we are plasma beings. The latest research shows that we most likely have a plasma body within which our physical material body resides.
We are not just biochemical chunks of matter. This is why the chemical treatments that we are sold rarely work and often poison us.
Do your own research and tell me what you think. Here is a good place to start…
“At least 99 per cent, and some say more than 99.99 per cent, of the Universe is composed of plasma. We therefore live in a plasma universe, not a physical matter universe.” p. 64
“The obvious conclusion is that if the Universe is full of life forms, including intelligent ones, the majority of them will not be made of physical matter. They will instead be made of plasma. And that may include us. I am suggesting that we are all made of plasma, and that our physical bodies are temporary vehicles for us to operate in the physical world for the short periods of time that our fragile bodies can permit, considering how quickly they wear out, how prone they are to accidents, and how vulnerable they are to disease.” p. 441

This is why when I work with a client to release self-sabotaging emotional patterns, often times they have more energy and vitality. If there is an emotional component to a health complaint, we can address that.
Rethinking Health & Healing
I woke up to the corruption of the sick care system when I was pregnant with my first child in 2002. I’ve managed to stay extremely healthy without any medical interventions. And I realized lately that I’ve been conned by some elaborate narratives about our bodies and healing.
I am NOT part of the cult of perfection that many “health” and beauty advocates market to us. Nor am I telling you this from a place of pride or self-love. I am far from perfect and definitely not qualified to give anyone medical advice.
I am humbly trying to stay vital, grounded, positive and sane as our culture continues to degrade.
I workout frequently. And do my best to grow my own food and source the rest from local, regenerative sources. I get plenty of sunlight without toxic sunscreens or sunglasses. I drink the cleanest water I can by filtering it and distilling it. I have an active daily prayer practice, read scripture and attend church several times a week.
I am Orthodox Christian and Christianity was one of the last rabbit holes I went down. I plan to write about this in the future. I recommend all of my coaching clients to have a daily spiritual practice that works for them because we are in an intense spiritual battle.
My 92 year old Dad has been navigating some extreme health challenges. So I’ve been doing extensive research on health and holistic healing (once again) as the conventional treatments he chose have stopped working.
Oncologists Make Money Prescribing Chemo
I researched chemotherapy and learned that oncologists make money selling chemo drugs. Seriously? Oncologists get $500 for subscribing generic chemo drugs and $1,400 for each brand name prescription. It turns out that chemotherapy is even more profitable for big pharma than vaccines. Even the American Cancer Society admits that “Medical Oncologists are pocketing hundreds of millions of dollars each year by selling drugs to patients”.
Does anyone else see a conflict of interest here?
Alternative Treatments Can Be Toxic
As I researched alternative cancer treatments for Dad, I realized that the alternatives being offered are just as poisonous as the chemo and radiation. I’m writing this to help you avoid the toxic landmines that I once fell for.
A friend of mine, a great guy who is also a brilliant Doctor of Physical Therapy told me that my Nurse Practitioner is treating cancer with an alternative protocol. Unfortunately, after recommending this to my Dad, I woke up to the Ivermectin lie.
Several docs in the medical freedom movement tell us that parasites cause cancer. Is that true? Nope. That turns out not to be true either. I fell for it and have done a parasite cleanse — even when I had no symptoms, because I fell for the fear propaganda. Please don’t fall for the same narrative that I did.
They have never, ever isolated a “vitamin”
I thought that I was being wise by purchasing high end supplements only made in the USA and endorsed by alternative docs who I believed to be trustworthy. Turns out that anyone marketing vitamins is either a grifter or is just as deceived as I was.
What in the world? From a financial standpoint, vitamins cannot be made from fruits and vegetables. If they were really extracting Vitamin C from pounds of strawberries or citrus fruit, it would cost a fortune. Organic strawberries cost a lot where I live. And I lived near the strawberry fields in California where the unfortunate farm laborers spend their days breathing toxic pesticides, so it would have to be organic.
What is Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) or any other vitamin really made of? Before you invest your money in another supplement, check out how they are really made. I am so grateful to this Substack researcher and writer who rings the alarm bells on this danger.
I challenge you to find a real photograph of a vitamin. If you find one, send it to me. All you will come up with are drawings. Just like atoms - which do not look or operate the way we are taught in chemistry class.
I have come to believe that you only get sick from poisoning — whether it’s pesticides, food dyes, mold, chemicals, fake processed food, vitamins, injections, EMFs, fear and self-destructive emotions, etc.
Inverting the USDA My Plate recommendations
One promising theory around cancer prevention and healing is that cancer is a metabolic disease. (Be careful though, even some offering solutions to cancer as a metabolic disease are selling toxic supplements).
In this approach, people are encouraged to follow a restricted ketogenic diet — high fat and low-carbohydrate. The purpose is to reduce glucose which is the fuel for fermentation in cancer cells. Apparently your body can feed on glucose (which comes from eating white flour, white rice, sugar, etc.) or it can feed on ketones.
I recommend reading Cancer as a Metabolic Disease by Thomas Seyfried and here is a great summary of the book. Also, here is a beginners guide to following a keto diet.
The USDA in partnership with the WHO recommends 50% of your intake be fruits and vegetables, whole grains and a low protein diet (for me based on my age and activity level only 5.5 ounces of protein a day), with no-fat or low-fat dairy.
No thank you. I follow a traditional diet based on the research of dentist Weston A. Price. I recommend you check out their website where they provide lots of free information and research to guide you in making your own decisions. The traditional diet can be customized for the metabolic approach to healing cancer.
How Can We Stay Healthy?
Our body is designed to stay healthy and heal when we stop interfering with God’s natural processes. Most of the symptoms we are told are disease are actually your body healing itself. I don’t think we should interfere with fever, mucus, and other healing mechanisms.
Your body is so complex, how can we even know how an individual ingredient or fake vitamin reacts within your body? I can tell what foods give me energy and which ones sap my energy. I have to avoid nightshades because they make my face a weird reddish color with white around my eyes. I discovered this by carefully observing how I react after eating tomatoes and potatoes.
Everybody is unique. So eat a whole foods, balanced diet that works for you.
I’m not qualified to give any medical advice, but I think it’s perfectly reasonable for us to share our best practices. Here are the things that I do for myself:
Detox my emotional life. I help my clients with this as well.
Filter my water with an Alexapure filter and then distill it with this distiller. I will also put it out in the sun to get structured.
Grow a micro greens indoor following the recommendations in Year-Round Indoor Salad Gardening. So easy and fun!
Drink raw milk. Seriously, it is so good for you! If that scares you, then educate yourself.
Eat only pastured meat and chicken that haven’t been given any injections, sardines, wild salmon, and local shrimp and oysters.
Exercise 4-5 times a week at Hotworx which I love.
Get at least 20 minutes of sunlight a day without toxic sunscreens or sunglasses. I also walk outside barefoot on the beach whenever I can.
Laugh a lot! Truly laughter is the best medicine. The biggest psyop is to believe that our future is bleak. If the thought demons of despair or hopelessness try to attack me I say out loud in a commanding voice, “I do not consent to these negative thoughts.” And through vigilance and prayer, these destructive thoughts disappear.
Do work that I love in service to others.
Attend church twice a week, say my daily prayers, and read scripture.
Live in a constant state of gratitude.
